What You'll Be Doing

Manage the overall account relationship and the day-to-day sales activities by providing service and support to assigned customer base

Working with internal and external resources, facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, and troubleshooting other customer requirements

Owner of the overall Quote to Order Processes and order preparation for specified customers, coordinates resources and processing of quotations, works with management to set pricing

Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems, provide proactive notification to customer of changes to delivery status





Liaison between sales team- ensures returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc are resolved in a timely fashion

On-going Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process. Owns & Maintains Perfect Order Index (POI) and Inventory integrity to minimize write offs/bill backs

What We’re Looking For

Typically requires a 4-year degree and 3–5 years of experience.

2–3 years of customer service and/or sales experience.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Ability to communicate fluently in English.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $23,983.33 - $26,845.00 MXN Monthly

Presente compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
