You Are:

UST is searching for a TPO Tech Lead / Solution Architect (Payments) with strong knowledge of system architecture, APIs, and integrations.

The opportunity:

· Define the functional and technical vision of the payments solution together with business stakeholders.

· Translate business needs into epics, features, and customer centric user stories.

· Ensure compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards.

· Identify dependencies and technical risks and define mitigation plans.

· Collaborate with Development, QA, and DevOps to ensure end to end delivery.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

· Solid experience as a TPO / Senior Product Owner, Tech Lead, or Solution Architect.

· Proven experience in payments / payment methods, including:

· Card payments (card present and card not present)

· Digital payments

· Integrations with payment processors and gateways





· Experience with payment architectures typical of system integrators or specialized consultancies (e.g., PRAXIS or equivalent).

· Previous experience in a banking or financial environment (required).

· Experience leading Agile Scrum teams.

· Strong functional and technical analysis skills.

· Experience defining customer oriented user stories.
