We are a U.S.-based digital marketing company working with service-based businesses such as law firms, medical practices, contractors, and professional service providers. Our focus is results, growth, and real ROI. We are not a retail or restaurant marketing agency.

We are looking for a high-level Social Media Strategist who understands how to build authority, generate leads, and support revenue growth through strategic social media campaigns.

This is not an entry-level role.

Who We’re Looking For

You must have:

- Excellent English speaking skills (near-native level)
- Strong English writing skills with natural tone and strong grammar
- Proven, real-world experience managing successful social media campaigns for service-based businesses
- Strategic thinking ability (not just posting content)
- Video editing skills for short-form content (Reels, TikTok-style videos, YouTube Shorts)
- Experience creating content that drives engagement and lead generation

If your background is primarily retail, restaurants, influencers, or ecommerce brands, this is not the right fit.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute full social media strategies for service-based clients
- Create content calendars aligned with business goals
- Write high-quality captions, scripts, and messaging in strong English




- Edit and produce short-form video content
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form video and posts
- Work closely with our internal team to align messaging with paid ads, SEO, and overall growth strategy

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media for service-based businesses
- Proven case studies or portfolio showing measurable results
- Strong understanding of lead generation, brand positioning, and authority building
- Experience with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Skilled in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English on Zoom calls
