we’d love to meet you**What you’ll do**:- Coordinate regional budgeting and forecasting for commercial volumes.- Develop and analyze sales performance dashboards to track KPIs.- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.- Monitor sales operations and facilitate best practice sharing.- Ensure data accuracy and identify needs for quality standards.- Support market trends & competition forecasting.- Validate data accuracy for incentive calculations.- Coordinate sing-off processes for sales incentive adherence and payments.**Your Profile****What we’re looking for**:Experience: 2 to 5 years in sales analytics, BI, or operations analysis, preferably in logistics, with expertise in forecasting, data visualization, and process improvement.- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI), and Salesforce; strong data analysis, reporting, and forecasting capabilities.
