**Position Summary**
Premise is growing, and we are looking to add a **UX Designer** to our high-performing team. In this role, you will independently design and deliver end-to-end mobile experiences, collaborating with product and engineering to balance short-term needs with long-term goals. You will develop user flows, specifications, prototypes, and contribute to our design system, ensuring accessibility and visual polish. You’ll also conduct field research to test and validate designs,



optimizing solutions based on user feedback.

**This is a hybrid position based out of Mexico City._**
**What You Will Do**
- Work independently to complete projects at the level of whole features, partnering with product and engineering to balance short-term delivery needs with long-term product goals.
- Design and deliver high usable end-to-end mobile experiences, including the development of clear user flows, detailed specifications, and prototypes
- Continuously optimize and produce high-quality, research-based creative solutions to complex problems.
- Contribute to and expand the design system and component libraries, maintaining a high level of accessibility and visual polish
- Conduct research locally in the field to test and validate designs
**What You Bring Along**
- 3-5 years experience in mobile and web product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process
- Proficiency in Figma with a solid understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail
- Ability to rapidly iterate and produce a multitude of concepts in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication skills with the ability to articulate your concepts and decision-making
- Fluent in English and Spanish
**Extras**
- Experience in an early stage startup environments is a plus
- Experience with A/B testing and data driven practice is a plus
