About the Role

n

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong HRIS experience, Configuration experience UKG eTime / UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM), and the ability to support multi-country deployments across Latin America.

n

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with strong experience in Kronos (UKG) systems, with a particular focus on configuration and system optimization.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead configuration and administration of Kronos (UKG) modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Manage system setup, rule configuration, pay codes, accruals, and workforce scheduling parameters.
- Support end-to-end implementation and continuous improvement of Kronos solutions.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to ensure accurate system functionality and compliance.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional support and enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy,



and system efficiency.

Required Experience:n
- Strong hands-on experience with Kronos / UKG Workforce Central or UKG Pro Workforce Management.
- Proven expertise in system configuration (must-have).
- Experience managing timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance systems.
- Knowledge of payroll integration and labor rules configuration.
- Experience in system implementations, upgrades, or migrations is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:n
- Background in HRIS, Workforce Management, or related systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in general or regional environments
