**Job Duties**
- Plan and develop all the details for a project - scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and roadmaps.
- Lead, assemble, and manage project teams, including providing direction, motivation, and support to team members.
- Manage project budgets, forecast requirements, track expenditures, and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make adjustments to schedules or plans as needed.
- Communicate project status, updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders, executives, or clients without prompting
- Allocate and manage resources, including assigning tasks and coordinating internal and external teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and overcome obstacles to ensure project success.
- Learn new tools of efficiency whenever needed.
- Empower and help develop project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets for their own professional and personal growth
- Be the ambassador of the company and to the CEO
