The Supervisor, Program Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring program goals are reached within timeframe and budget.
The Program Manager identifies risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department, maintaining organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.General ResponsibilitiesCoordinate multiple project activities throughout project lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time and cost constraintsPariticpate in identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and overcoming program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholdersMonitor for risks and issues that might and do arise over the course of the program life cycle, as well as take measures to correct them when they occurCoordinate projects and their interdependencies between the various projects and programs in the programSelect and use resources across the various projects and programs in the programEnsure deliverables are aligned across the projects and programs in the programOrganize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organizationMeet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on servicesProvides day to day supervision to team to ensure the efficient operation of the functionExperience / QualificationsA university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experienceAbility to lead, coach, and develop team membersHolds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demandsStrong communication skills; oral, written and presentationStrong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve resultsStrong personal and professional ethical values and integrityProficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customersSmarterTogether - Collaborating at SensataSmarterTogether- Collaborating at Sensata means working with some of the world's most talented people in an enriching environment that is constantly pushing towards the next best thing.
