Job Summary

nAs akey change agentfor our End-to-End Supply Chain, you will spearhead optimization initiatives that redefine how we move and store goods. You will provide strategic expertise to Market Fulfilment teams specifically acrossWarehousing, Transportation, and Freight to unlock higher profitability, operational efficiency, and organizational agility. By leadingKPI governance and advanced analytics, you will turn complex data into actionable insights, pinpointing the focus areas that will drive our fulfilment strategy forward.n





Essential Duties and Responsibilities

n

- SOP Governance: Author, maintain, and govern End-to-End Fulfilment SOPs, integrating Lean methodologies to enhance business performance.
n
- Lead warehouse and transportation network optimization projects from initial diagnostic through to full-scale implementation.
n
- Operational Transformation: Identify and present process improvement opportunities to leadership, driving a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency gains.
n
- Project Management: Spearhead the deployment of regional strategic projects, including TMS, WMS, and LBS, ensuring seamless integration within local markets.
n
- Performance Accountability: Own the overall Supply Chain results by identifying trends and risks, facilitating regular performance reviews, and aligning action plans with internal and external stakeholders.
n
- Digital Innovation: Partner with IT to leverage digital platforms (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce) for advanced visual performance tracking and real-time insights.
n
- Margin Improvement Programme (MIP): Govern the Supply Chain Margin Improvement Programme, ensuring project owners are held accountable and risks to the savings pipeline are escalated promptly.

- Cost Optimization:



Drive governance for market-level improvement projects aimed at reducing Supply Chain costs as a percentage of net sales.
n
- Financial Partnership: Support Commercial and Finance teams in developing robust financial frameworks, including Monthly Operational Reviews (MOR), Budgeting, and Long-Range Planning.

- Strategic Communication: Articulate deep-dive analyses of market challenges and opportunities to senior stakeholders, providing a clear roadmap for focus areas.
