Key Responsibilities

nQuality Management & Compliancen

- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Review and develop quality policies, procedures, and business processes.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

nContinuous Improvement & Problem Solvingn

- Lead quality improvement initiatives across production processes.
- Support change management systems and drive corrective actions.
- Analyze data trends to support decision‑making and performance enhancement.

nQuality Testing & Auditsn





- Validate and develop quality testing methods.
- Conduct internal audits, LPAs, and quality assessments across operations.

nLeadership & Team Developmentn

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing quality team.
- Set clear performance objectives and ensure alignment with plant goals.
- Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Collaborate cross‑functionally to support program launches and address customer quality issues.
- Ensure effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
