Thursday - 8:00-19:00 (10 hours work and 1 hour lunch)
Friday - 8:00-19:00 (10 hours work and 1 hour lunch)
Saturday - 8:00-17:30 (8.5 hours work and 1 hour lunch)
Sunday - DAY OFF
This job is working as a leasing agent/bookkeeper for a US-based property management company. You will be updating financial records daily using Excel, Google Sheets, and other property management software. You will be involved in all other aspects of property management including renting units, making sure tenant information is up to date, updating financial records, responding to questions, etc.
