Role Overview
We’re looking for a versatile **Front-End Web Developer** to design and build clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces across websites, SharePoint portals, and custom web tools. This role blends code and creativity—perfect for someone who loves bringing wireframes to life and improving digital experiences for both internal teams and external users.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern websites and portals using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue, or similar.
- Customize SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 experiences to support internal workflows and client engagement.
- Translate UI/UX designs into functional, responsive interfaces.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and non-technical stakeholders to deliver intuitive solutions.
- Build landing pages, embed analytics scripts, and support rapid content updates across marketing sites.
- Create client-facing dashboards and data visualizations using modern front-end tools.
- Maintain and support CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, or Webflow).
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and WCAG accessibility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues with efficient, scalable fixes.
Ideal Skills & Experience




- 3+ years of hands-on front-end development experience (agency/consulting background a plus).
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one modern front-end framework (React, Vue, etc.).
- Experience customizing SharePoint Online and integrating with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Comfortable using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar to translate design specs into clean code.
- Familiar with CMS platforms such as WordPress, HubSpot, or Webflow.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and basic SEO principles.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and accessibility best practices.
- Bonus: Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or Dynamics 365 front-end customization.
