FUNCTION: Business Support Manager Mexico-Paca
LOCATION: Mexico
JOB TYPE: Temporary – 12 months
JOB GRADE: 7
GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:
Coordinate the different functions to deliver AOP and 5 Y plan by defining actions, owners and timelines and ensure a close monitoring of business outcomes.
Support the business growth in Mexico and PACA while steering the key business and operational projects at cross functional level in an international environment:
risks mitigations (ex: Paca regulatory risks)
opportunities action plans
mid to long run growth projects to accelerate 5 Y plan: ex GSS extension in Paca, In Licensing.
YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
Business growth action plans to deliver AOP:
Prioritize key action plans to focus on engaging the cross functional teams and getting management approval with particular attention to:
Top 3 Must Win battles to deliver the AOP
New Businesses integration: GSS, I2 C, Actellic
New launches success
Define relevant action plans to mitigate risks and grasp opportunities.
Define clear project member's team across functions for each risk/opportunity/project needed to deliver AOP
Align with them on each action, timeline and expected business outcome
Ensure each team member delivers his/her action on time and track business outcomes
Monthly report on action plans progress
Alert in case of deviations from planning or outcomes and propose some mitigation measures
Request regular feedback from each team member on the different critical steps of the action plan for continuous improvement. Business growth project plans to deliver 5 Y plan:
Prioritize key projects to focus on while engaging the cross functional teams especially marketing portfolio, and getting management approval
Under the leadership of Marketing Portfolio define relevant action plans to deliver these projects for the Mexico-Paca team:
Define clear project member's team across functions for each project
Align with them on each action and timeline
Ensure each team member delivers his/her action on time and track outcomes
Monthly report on Mexico-Paca action plans progresses
Alert in case of deviations from planning or outcomes and propose some mitigation measures
Request regular feedback from each team member on the different critical steps of the action plan for continuous improvement. Other tasks:
Lead the team on the use of Sales Forecast processes and ensure a smooth transition from Sales Forecast Tool to O9 tool as per Integral guidance
Lead the execution of Operational excellence action plan for Mexico-Paca (ex: label process)
Collect customer feedback from the Mex-Paca team (sales, marketing activation, supply,). ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?
Main requirements:
International project management experience
Ability to manage very complex and diverse topics and balance between steering, excellence and operations
Strong skills in prioritization and delegation
Excellent network building and stakeholder management skills
High standard in verbal and written English
