Join Our Team at Daikin We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer – Field Qualityto join our team based in Mexico City (Polanco).
Managing product quality issues in the field and ensuring effective communication between regional teams and global factories.
This position focuses on analyzing product performance, identifying failure trends, and working collaboratively with factories and affiliates to implement proactive solutions.
We are looking for a professional with strong technical knowledge in HVAC systems, including VRV, applied systems, residential equipment, and climate control systems, capable of analyzing issues and driving effective resolutions.
Collaborate with international factories to resolve field quality issues.
Monitor product performance in the market and identify failure trends.
Analyze quality-related information and share insights with global teams.




Travel to different countries and factories to collect information and follow up on quality issues.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality or technical support within the air conditioning industry.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRV, applied systems, residential equipment, and controls).
Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
