- Produce low‐ and high‐fidelity UX designs using Figma for new sales tool features.
- Design workflow‐driven user experiences for complex selection, configuration, and evaluation processes
- Create interactive prototypes to support feature definition, development, and stakeholder review
- Translate functional and technical requirements into clear, usable UX designs
- Deliver UX assets that are ready for software development implementation (layouts, flows, annotations)
- Work closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Architects as part of Agile teams
- Participate in design reviews, backlog grooming, and sprint‐level discussions as needed
- Incorporate feedback from integral stakeholders and iterate designs efficiently
- Ensure designs align with established sales tool workflows, UI patterns, and UX standards




- Apply and follow established design systems, UI guidelines, and common workflow frameworks
- Support UX alignment across multiple product lines and regions
- Identify usability issues and propose practical, implementable improvements Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of UX design experience for web‐based or enterprise applications
- Strong hands‐on proficiency with Figma, including components and shared libraries
- Experience designing complex, data‐heavy or workflow‐centric applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while meeting delivery timelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
