ALTEN Mexico as a subsidiary of the ALTEN Group. Currently working with international clients, and we are looking for an
IT Business Analyst
who will be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and supporting technology solutions related to
system integrations, eCommerce platforms, Order Management Systems, and logistics processes.
This role requires a technical–functional professional with solid experience in i
ntegrations, requirements analysis, and operational support within logistics environments.
The analyst will collaborate closely with business, operations, WMS teams, and external partners to ensure seamless system communication and operational continuity.
Responsibilities:
Analyze functional and technical requirements for internal and external system integrations.
Design, validate, and support integrations using
API, XML, and other data exchange formats
.
Perform
end-to-end troubleshooting
across order flows, inventory updates, delivery processes, and logistics operations.
Provide support for the implementation and maintenance of
eCommerce webstores and marketplace integrations
.
Maintain and enhance processes related to
Order Management Systems (OMS)
.
Collaborate with
Logistics, Operations, and Warehouse Management Systems teams
to ensure data accuracy and proper process execution.
Document technical specifications,



integration diagrams, and process flows.
Ensure adherence to IT standards, security requirements, and best practices.
Participate in regional or integral IT projects related to fulfillment, warehousing, transportation, eCommerce, and corporate system initiatives.
4–5 years of experience
as an IT Business Analyst, Integration Analyst, or similar role.
Proven experience with:
System integrations
using API, XML (development, support, analysis).
End-to-end troubleshooting
of integrated system flows.
eCommerce platforms
and marketplace integrations.
Order Management Systems (OMS)
.
Logistics and fulfillment operations
.
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
.
Knowledge of
SQL
and
JSON.
Operational support and ticket management (software/platforms).
Experience using Jira, Service Now, and Postman.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills for interaction with both technical and operational teams.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for international collaboration.
Desirable (Nice to Have)
Previous experience with
Supply Chain
.
Experience with
Manhattan Active
or Manhattan WMS.
Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to manage priorities and work in structured environments.
Customer-oriented approach for supporting internal stakeholders.
Clear communication with both technical and non-technical teams.
