As the Figma Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for designing a large volume of static ads — primarily for Meta — that blend creative storytelling with performance-driven clarity.You'll work closely with our Growth and Creative teams to concept, design, and iterate ad creatives based on data and performance feedback. This role is perfect for a designer who loves blending creativity with conversion — and thrives in an environment where speed, precision, and testing are everything.What You'll Do:Design a high volume of static ads and graphics in Figma for paid social, email, landing pages, and moreWork with Creative Strategists to turn briefs and insights into effective ad conceptsMaintain consistent visual branding across campaigns and channelsRapidly iterate on designs based on performance data and feedbackCollaborate with video editors, designers,



and marketers to ensure cohesive creative directionOrganize Figma files, components, and templates for efficient team useStay up to date on visual trends, platform best practices, and competitor creativeContribute to creative testing and ideation for new hooks and formatsSupport broader brand design needs as they arise (packaging, web, etc.) Must-Have Requirements2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably for performance or DTC brandsAdvanced Figma skills — you know how to build, organize, and optimize files for team collaborationStrong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for digital adsFamiliarity with performance marketing principles and how design drives conversionAbility to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlinesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience adapting visual identities across multiple brands or campaignsPortfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals and ad creative workWe'll know you're the one if...You're a fast-moving designer who loves turning ideas into visually stunning ads that convert.
