**General Summary**:
The Qualcomm product marketing team is seeking a Senior Multimedia Designer with a proven ability to translate complex, highly technical content into clear, compelling, and visually engaging narratives across presentations and video. This role is for an experienced designer who excels at shaping technical content and narratives by creating original slide design systems, short-form video, graphics and other multimedia assets that effectively communicate technology concepts, product features, and business messages to executive, business, and technical audiences.

The Senior Multimedia Designer must be self-directed, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Senior Multimedia Designer will lead the design and execution of high-impact presentation and multimedia materials used for executive briefings, product launches, keynotes, sales enablement, internal communications, and external-facing channels, including social media. This role requires expertise in visual communication, slide and video composition, and information design, with a strong emphasis on simplifying complex technology narratives.





The designer will independently develop presentation and multimedia systems, translate technical source material into visual stories, and produce polished, brand-aligned PowerPoint decks, short-form video, and integrated multimedia assets. The Multimedia Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, product, engineering, and communications partners, owning projects end-to-end while adapting quickly to changing scopes, timelines, and stakeholder needs.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Design and produce high-quality presentation and multimedia content, including executive-level PowerPoint decks, short-form videos, and integrated visual assets**:

- **Develop original presentation and multimedia design systems that clearly communicate technology concepts, product features, workflows, and data-driven stories**:

- **Translate complex, technical content into intuitive, audience-friendly visuals, diagrams, animations, and video narratives that emphasize key message points**:

- **Create and edit video content to support presentations and social or external communications, including trimming, sequencing, formatting, and basic motion or timing adjustments**:

- **Integrate video, animation, imagery, and typography into cohesive multimedia presentations and storytelling experiences**:





- **Work effectively within established brand systems, templates, and guidelines while maintaining high design quality and visual consistency**:

- **Build and maintain organized libraries of presentation slides, video assets, templates, and reusable visual components**:

- **Collaborate with cross-functional partners, incorporating feedback while maintaining clear visual narratives and strong design standards**:

- Manage multiple projects independently, balancing competing priorities and delivering high-quality work on tight timelines

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- 5+ years of professional experience in multimedia design, presentation design, or visual communication
- Exceptional ability to distill complex, technical information into clear and compelling narratives across presentations and video
- Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color theory, and information hierarchy, applied specifically to slide and multimedia design
- Proven experience creating original design systems as well as working within templates and brand frameworks
- Experience designing and producing multimedia presentations integrating video, imagery, animation
- Hands-on experience producing and editing video for presentations and external-facing channels, including social media
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Self-motivated, proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail
