Job Summary:

nThis role is responsible for helping to build high performing and self-sustaining teams while growing a healthy, collaborative, and continuously improving engineering culture. This role acts as an expert in translating complex business requirements into agile stories, enstilling a strong sense of business agility, lean product, the SAFe Framework, and product delivery in an empirical environment, and be able to present on ad hoc topics as requested.n

nExperience and expertise in multiple agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) with ability and flexibility to adapt approach to fit team and product environment.n

Experience with AI agents, agile requirements, agile team planning and ceremonies, and translating complex business needs into epics, features and stories.

Responsibilities:

n

- Help grow a collaborative and continuously improving engineering culture; teach and serve as example to the team of Scrum and agile values and principals; coach and give feedback to individuals (including senior leadership) and teams
- Facilitate team events as a Scrum Master, utilizing AI tools to help with manual tasks, note taking and follow up
- Deliver effective conflict resolution between individuals and teams with an assertive but friendly attitude with excellent interpersonal skills; deliver effective methods and practices for managing and resolving impediments.
- Act as an expert in estimation, agile requirements and planning techniques using AI tools and agents to accomplish daily tasks




- Work with the program teams and coordinate with stakeholders in the program and across different functions inside the organization to manage communications and follow-ups
- Advocate for modern agile software development and organizational practices, automate flow of Project Status and facilitate continuous & real-time transparency for effective communication, support and decision making
- Help individuals, teams, and programs to clarify requirements and goals and the actions to achieve them; utilize AI tools and techniques to improve the efficiency of the development team
- Provide scaling expertise to align multiple agile teams, collaborate and facilitate planning with large groups, collaborating with or acting as Product Owners on managing scaled product backlog of epics, features, and stories
- Facilitate decision making with Product leaders, and Architects; for backlog creation, management, and refinement
- Manage progress updates, program records and financial reports with AI agents in ServiceNow and other agile tools to reflect real time accurate progress on backlog items and complete work
- Demonstrate effective techniques for managing team interruptions, and for protecting the team in a sprint; work beyond team boundaries to improve efficiencies, flow of work, and value delivered.
- Act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMGs respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

n





- Proven track record at facilitating, coaching, and mentoring teams and leaders towards rapidly delivering high impact, high quality software in a sustainable fashion; relevant practitioner level certifications (SAFe RTE SAFe ASM, SAFe SM) are preferred
- Minimum two years of recent experience; GenAI/LLM experience, Agile team, SM or Product owner experience
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Project Management, AI)
- Proven track record at facilitating, coaching, and mentoring teams and leaders towards rapidly delivering high impact, high quality software in a sustainable fashion; relevant practitioner level certifications (SAFe POPM, SAFe APM, SAFe SAFe SM) are preferred
- Demonstrated ability to interface with executive/C-suite individuals, with strong organizational, time-management and communication skills that support efficient stakeholder management
- Adept in data analysis/data workbooks and prior experience building/shaping dashboards, leveraging business intelligence tools (such as Power BI) and crafting executive-level presentations
- Previous experience with Service Now application offerings and agile/SAFe modules
- Experience managing teams/workstreams, near/off-shore, with comfort working across multiple time-zones
- Exceptional project management skills, especially in the areas of stakeholder management, progress tracking/reporting and the preparation and refinement of training materials
- Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to participate in sprint and
