- Conduct outbound calls to homeowners, educating them on the benefits of solar energy
- Schedule high-quality consultations for our solar specialists
- Consistently meet and exceed performance goals through effective communication and persuasion
- Work closely with sales consultants to ensure seamless customer transitions

**Qualifications**
- Minimum **two** **years** of **cold calling** **experience** in call center sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting
- Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
