**ABOUT THE POSITION**
**Department**: Program Operations
**Position Type**: Contractor, Full Time & Hourly
**Location**: Remote, Global (Outside of United States)
**Schedule**:Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday as needed.
**Must be able to work Pacific Standard Time zone hours.**
**Compensation**: $5.00 -$8.00 USD per hour DOE
**Hey there!** Are you a scheduling pro, detail-obsessed, and ready to support three busy Directors like a boss? We're looking to add a **integral team member** to our growing team as a **Virtual Assistant** who’s got the flexibility to manage the day-to-day operations with ease, whether you're handling calendar chaos or keeping projects on track. Two Directors are based in the **Fresno/Central Valley**, and one’s always on the go, so if you love a challenge and can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat, keep reading!
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Master of Calendars: You’ll be the go-to for managing three Director’s schedules, keeping everything running smoothly.
- Note-Taking Ninja: Jump into meetings, take killer notes, and follow up on action items like a pro.
- Event Extraordinaire: Help plan events, ensuring every detail is perfect.
- Organizational Guru: Keep files and documents in order,



because we all love a well-organized digital space.
- Jack of All Trades: Whether it’s a bit of personal support or diving into research projects, you’ve got it covered.
- Dive into research for various projects — we love a good fact-finder!
- Help out with planning events, because every detail counts.
**Must-Haves**:
- Tech-Savvy: If you know your way around PowerPoint, Excel, and have a knack for learning new tools, you’re our kind of person.
- Flexibility: Ready to tackle changing schedules and varying needs? That’s what we need!
- Experience: You've got at least 2 years of experience doing something similar and can work independently.
- Organized & Proactive: We’re looking for someone who’s always three steps ahead and loves getting things done.
- A reliable internet connection — you’ll be the virtual in Virtual Assistant.
