**Your future role**You'll ensure seamless material flow by managing Purchase Requisitions and creating Material Planning documents, driving efficiency and reliability in the supply chain process.Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (procurement, production, and logistics), support inventory optimization strategies, and much more.
"We'll look to you for:- Manage Purchase Requisition until Material Planning documents creation- Follow up with Procurement the Purchase Requisition level maturity for launching Material Planning documents- Ensure and update the accuracy of material planning master data (in compliance with stock and logistic constraints)- Create the Material Planning documents (Purchase orders, Call-off, Schedule Agreement) & respective Source List and Quota Management in SAP- Communicate the Material Planning documents to Suppliers and follow Suppliers confirmation- Solve any litigation related to goods receipt or purchasing conditions including parked invoices.

- Experience or understanding of material planning, procurement, or inventory management processes.
- Knowledge of supply chain workflows and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
