Objective: Oversee and evaluate the performance of Mercedes-Benz's social media channels across Mexico and the LATAM region. This role is pivotal in crafting data-driven strategies toamplify brand presence, foster audience engagement,
and achieve key business objectives. He/she will leverage analytical insights to optimize content and campaigns, ensuring alignment with regional market trends and consumer preferences. Day to day (main tasks): Develop and execute organic social media content calendars in alignment with HQ Topic Planning, local marketing campaigns and product launches for MB Mexico and LATAM HUB. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as PR, customer service and sales, to ensure cohesive and integrated social media strategies. Produce engaging, highquality content—including graphics, videos, and written posts—that are consistently on-brand and align with the desired style, quality, and tone of voice.
