Roles and ResponsibilitiesAs the Marketing Operations & Sales Enablement Coordinator – LATAM (Spanish), you will play a critical executional role within the Americas Marketing team. Supporting the Marketing Operations & Sales Enablement Manager, this position focuses on task execution, process compliance, and timely delivery of marketing operations and sales enablement activities across the Americas.You will manage daily workflows, update systems, execute collateral distribution, and support enablement tasks across , SharePoint, and related marketing platforms. Success in this role requires strict adherence to established processes, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Your responsibilities will include:Enablement SupportExecute enablement tasks assigned via request boards, ensuring compliance with timelines and processesCreate, update, and distribute Spanish-language sales enablement materials (presentations, product documents, brochures, one-pagers) using approved contentMaintain distributor- and customer-facing materials within SharePoint librariesAssemble and distribute sales collateral such as sample decks, printed catalogs, banners, tablecloths, and event materialsSupport internal marketing infrastructure by maintaining updated tools, templates, and resources for Sales and internal teamsContribute to standardizing regional LATAM presentations following frameworks provided by Marketing CommunicationsOperational ExecutionManage daily intake of marketing requests in , ensuring correct routing, tagging, prioritization, and status updatesMaintain assigned boards, including reporting fields and timelinesAssist with Publication Board workflows, including approvals, version control, and complianceSupport NPI campaigns by preparing required assets, documentation, and internal communicationsMaintain MyAMMEGA SharePoint by posting updates, organizing folders,



and ensuring accurate categorizationExecute pick-and-ship processes for literature and stock items in coordination with marketing operations workflowsSystems & Integrations SupportEnsure metadata accuracy across SharePoint filing systemsUpload assets with correct tagging and documentationSupport workflow enhancements by testing new features and maintaining standardized tagging rulesAssist with SharePoint self-enablement initiatives, helping internal teams navigate and utilize available resourcesVendor CoordinationWork with approved vendors to obtain quotes, manage timelines, and coordinate delivery of marketing materialsEnsure vendor-provided assets meet AMMEGA quality, branding, and compliance requirementsCoordinate outsourced production such as printed assets, giveaways, and business cardsReporting & TrackingUpdate dashboards with execution data and timelinesSupport monthly reporting and KPI reviewsTrack SLA performance and internal request turnaround timesAssist in maintaining reporting for marketing campaigns across all applicable brands and regionsCross-Functional SupportSupport Sales, Product, and Marketing teams across LATAM through the centralized intake systemCommunicate proactively with internal stakeholders regarding project status and requirementsMaintain accessible tools, updated literature, and accurate information across MyAMMEGA, SharePoint, andQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, operations, or administrative support rolesStrong organizational and task-execution skillsHigh proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with or similar platformsSpanish fluency required; English proficiency requiredExperience in industrial or B2B environments preferredStrong attention to detail, communication, and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
