Salary Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000 + Health benefits + Annual Performance Bonus Overview As Brand Designer, you will be responsible for the following: Elevate the brand’s visual identity by developing a scroll-stopping, scalable design system and executing it across all website design, packaging, social campaigns, and physical experiences (e.g.,



trade show booths and pop-ups). This role requires a strong sense of high-level strategic thinking in marketing, with the ability to make research-informed design decisions and translate them into high-performing assets across a variety of platforms. Expert skills graphic design and photo re-touching skills will be required in tandem with expert use of Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Adobe Photoshop. Moderate skills in video editing with Premiere Pro and After Effects, along with the ability to strategically using stock motion graphic assets to enhance content when needed. While graphic design is the core focus, candidates with additional experience in photography, video, and lighting will be highly valued.
