Our fully remote development team, based in Central and South America, collaborates on innovative solutions that drive real-world impact.**Key Responsibilities**- **Design and prototype user interfaces** for our web-based SaaS platform.- Conduct **user research, usability testing, and iterative design** improvements.- Create **wireframes, mockups,



and interactive prototypes** using tools like **Figma or Adobe XD**.- Develop and maintain a **consistent design system and UI components**.- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.- Optimize designs for **responsiveness, accessibility, and performance**.- Analyze user behavior, collect feedback, and refine experiences accordingly.**Qualifications**- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in **wireframing, prototyping, and UI design**.- Proficiency in **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools**.- Experience with **user research, journey mapping, and usability testing**.- Understanding of **front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)** to collaborate effectively with developers.- Knowledge of **design systems, typography, and color theory**.- Ability to work independently in a **remote, fast-paced environment**.**Preferred Skills**- Knowledge of **WCAG accessibility standards** and best practices.- Familiarity with **motion design and micro-interactions**.- Experience collaborating in **Agile/Scrum environments**.- **Bonus**: Experience designing
