Performance Creative Strategist / Creator Remote (LATAM-based, Eastern/Central Time overlap) Full-time, 9 am–5 pm/6 pm Eastern, Contractor --- ## About Upstack Data Upstack Data is a fast-growing SaaS platform providing customer identity resolution, server-side tracking, and marketing attribution for e-commerce and DTC brands. We help Shopify merchants understand what's actually driving revenue — and we need scroll-stopping creative to match. ## You are a performance-minded creative who owns the full creative output for paid social — short-form video ads (~60% of the work), static ad creatives and branded graphics (~40%), plus motion graphics across both. You'll develop creative briefs, write scripts, design and edit assets, review performance data, and iterate based on what's working.

The right person can move fluidly between Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop in a single day. You'll work directly with our marketing team to produce ad creative that drives measurable results for a B2B SaaS product serving the DTC/e-commerce space. You'll own concept-to-delivery workflows, turn raw assets into polished deliverables with minimal direction, and be expected to think strategically about what you're making — not just execute. ## Turn raw founder, influencer, product, and UGC footage into high-converting video ads (15–60 seconds) for Meta and TikTok - Design static ad creatives and branded graphics for paid social campaigns and produce quick creative iterations - Add captions, overlays, motion graphics,
and transitions to enhance scroll-stopping performance - Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing and iterate based on performance data - Repurpose long-form content (webinars, interviews, event footage) into social-first short-form assets - Collaborate with the marketing and media team to align creative with campaign goals and brand identity - to accelerate production workflows and generate high-quality visual assets ## 2–5 years of experience producing video and static creative for paid social, ideally within a marketing or creative agency - Strong portfolio across both video and static ad formats — work built to convert, not just look good - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop - Experience creating direct-response paid social ads for Meta and/or TikTok - Experience writing scripts, hooks, and direct-response copy for ad creative - Experience working with UGC-style ads, testimonial videos, and branded lifestyle content - Comfortable reviewing performance data and making creative decisions based on what's working - Strong written English for captions, hooks, and text overlays - Previous experience collaborating with US-based clients or remote teams ## Background in creative strategy, performance analysis, or art direction - Experience with DTC/e-commerce or B2B SaaS brands - CapCut, Figma, Canva, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Audition, Illustrator, Lightroom - Spanish language skills ## Location: Remote (Latin America preferred, open to other time zones with US hours overlap) - Type: Full-time contractor - Reports to: Marketing Lead - 100% remote - US holidays observed ## Send your portfolio (video reel, static ad samples, or case studies showing paid social creative) along with a brief note on why this role is a fit.
