Working closely with product and engineering teams, you’ll translate business needs into impactful designs, leveraging design systems and AI‑assisted tools to accelerate discovery and iteration. This role offers the opportunity to shape engaging user journeys, drive continuous improvement, and deliver high-quality experiences that solve real user problems.



WHAT YOU WILL DO Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile platforms using traditional and AI-assisted workflows Translate business requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and iterate designs Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency Ensure designs meet accessibility and responsiveness standards Contribute to feedback, experimentation, and continuous improvement culture Use AI-assisted prototyping, testing, and analysis to refine user experiences MUST HAVES 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design thinking methodology Ability to analyze customer and business problems to identify pain points Proficiency with Figma and other design tools such as Figma Make, Replit, Sketch, or Adobe XD Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs Experience working within an existing
