Vender soluciones logísticas integrales (forwarding, aduana, terrestre y confiable)a través de la identificación y prospección de negocios potenciales y crecimiento de las cuentas asignadas para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente en pro del cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta y margen de la compañía (presupuesto anual)
What will your functions be?
Funciones:

- Estudiar y prospectar potenciales clientes para TIBA.
Esta prospección debe estar en línea con las capacidades, objetivos y directrices de la compañía.
- Concertar reuniones con los clientes, identificar necesidades y presentar planes de servicio en conjunto con el área OPS y PRO
- Cierre de negocios y seguimiento post venta.
- Disponibilidad para viajar por el interior de la zona

What are we looking for?
Requisitos:n
- Experiencia previa mínima de 5 años en FFWW.
Al menos 2 años en el departamento operaciones, uno o 3 años en comercial.
- Conocimiento profundo de los servicios de transporte aéreo, marítimo y terrestre, tanto lo aduanal, así como de las normativas locales correspondientes.
- Demostradas habilidades en negociación y comunicación, tanto oral como escrita.
- Orientación al cliente y habilidades para gestionar,
relaciones de manera efectiva con foco al largo plazo.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y alta capacidad de organización.
- Dominio de inglés intermedio
