Net Electric is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to support the company's procurement and supply chain operations.
The adecuado candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing processes to support production and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the procurement process for raw materials, components, and indirect supplies.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers.
Request and analyze quotations to ensure cost competitiveness.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers.
Issue purchase orders and follow up on order status and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance.
Monitor inventory levels and support material planning activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
Support cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,



International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
Experience in supplier management and negotiation.
Knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory control.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
English proficiency (at least *****% conversational).
Previous experience working in manufacturing companies.
Previous experience working in Chinese-owned companies is a plus.

Educación mínima: Educación superior - Licenciatura.
2 años de experiencia.
