In this role, you will produce creative assets across client accounts by executing against clearly defined briefs and strategic direction. You will create differentiated visual outputs — not just variations — by exploring layouts, design treatments, and visual approaches that strengthen the concept while staying anchored to the original intent and message. You will also leverage AI tools to thoughtfully extend concepts, explore visual directions, and bring ideas to life with greater depth, variation, and precision.
Success in this role is measured by creative quality, low revision rates, and consistent on-time delivery. You will be expected to follow briefs precisely, fully understand the context behind each project, implement feedback carefully, communicate clearly and proactively,
and maintain strong attention to detail across file organization, version control, and final outputs. You will work closely with creative strategy and paid media teams to ensure all assets are aligned, test-ready, and executed to a high standard.

- Annual Compensation: $20,000 – $28,000 USD

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of professional experience producing high-quality digital creative assets, preferably in performance marketing, e-commerce, or agency environments.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and the ability to produce conversion-focused static and video creative.
- Comfort leveraging AI tools to accelerate iteration, explore creative directions, and enhance design output quality while maintaining brand standards.
- High attention to detail, including adherence to creative briefs, platform specifications, and file/version organization standards.
- Ability to produce high volumes of differentiated creative quickly without sacrificing visual quality or adherence to brand standards.
Job Expectations:
- You must speak fluent English, have access to your own computer and reliable high-speed internet, and be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $360,000.00 - $480,000.00 per year
