ABOUT THE ROLE

n

We are looking for a Senior/Lead AI Software Engineer (Full Stack) to build and scale intelligent, AI-driven products from concept to production in rapid iteration cycles.

n

This role is pivotal in architecting end-to-end AI solutions—leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and Rust or Golang—to power high-performance, low-latency applications.

n

You'll shape scalable AI architectures, automate workflows, and drive innovation in a fast-growing environment that values ownership, speed, and technical excellence.

n

WHAT YOU WILL DO

n

Architect and develop robust, scalable AI-powered features across frontend and backend;

n

Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, from data ingestion to model integration and user-facing interfaces;

n

Rapidly gather business and technical requirements and translate them into functional AI demos within 1–2 weeks;

n

Integrate LLMs and AI services (e.g., APIs, vector databases, RAG pipelines) into production-ready applications;

n

Work deeply in the existing web app codebase, enhancing core modules and integrating AI capabilities;

n

Architect high-throughput, low-latency systems that scale reliably;

n

Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering;

n

Maintain high standards for documentation, testing, observability, and code quality;

n

Lead technical initiatives to automate manual workflows using AI and improve system reliability.

n

MUST HAVES

n

5+ years of full-stack development experience

n

Experience in Rust or Golang

n





2+ years of AI/ML engineering experience building or integrating AI-driven systems

n

AI-assisted code experience with tools such as GH Copilot, Cursor, or Windsurf

n

Proven ability to gather ambiguous requirements and independently develop AI prototypes/demos within short timelines (1–2 weeks)

n

Strong experience working with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases

n

Experience designing scalable AI architectures (RAG, agents, model orchestration, evaluation pipelines)

n

Proven ability to navigate and improve large, production-scale codebases

n

Strong understanding of performance optimization, system design, and low-latency architectures

n

Excellent communication and documentation skills in a fast-moving team environment

n

Demonstrated experience deploying AI features into production environments

n

Upper-intermediate English level

n

NICE TO HAVES

n

2+ years of team lead/management experience

n

Strong skills in Python

n

Experience with CI/CD pipelines

n

Experience with cloud platforms and AI tools such as Vertex on GCP, SageMaker, Bedrock from AWS, and similar ones

n

Experience with AI frameworks/SDKs (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, etc.)

n

Experience building AI agents or multi-agent systems

n

Start-up mindset: comfortable experimenting, iterating quickly, and tackling ambiguous challenges
