Bilingual Call Center Agent

Position Overview
n
We are looking for a 100% bilingual Call Center Agent to join our team.
n
This role requires constant interaction with customers located in the United States, providing high-quality customer service and sales support over the phone.
n
The ideal candidate must feel confident communicating in English on a daily basis, as all customer interactions will be conducted in English.
n
This position is adecuado for professionals with a strong customer service mindset, sales orientation, and the ability to manage multiple requests while delivering an excellent customer experience.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Handle inbound and outbound calls with U.S.-based customers in English.
n
Provide support regarding claims, orders, and customer complaints.
n
Perform telephone sales and follow up on assigned customer portfolios.
n
Ensure achievement of sales and service objectives.
n
Track and follow up on customer requests until resolution.
n
Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and technical service.
n
Maintain accurate records in digital platforms and systems.
n
Requirements
n
Education: Bachelor's Degree (required).
n
Language Skills: Advanced English level (B2–C1) – Mandatory.
n
Must be 100% bilingual; continuous communication with U.S. customers is required.
n
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales processes; experience using digital platforms for buying and selling is a plus.
n
Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office or delivery/sales platforms.
