Job DescriptionKey Activities & ResponsibilitiesLean Deployment & Continuous ImprovementSupport and execute Lean transformation initiatives across the site.Lead root-cause analyses and develop solutions to reduce process errors.Implement and improve manufacturing methods and standardized processes.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within daily operations.Problem Solving & Systems ImprovementAssist in troubleshooting system and process issues.Build tools and methods to minimize recurring errors.Recommend improvements to procedures based on hands-on experience.Project Management & ReportingSupport project leaders with planning, tracking and reporting deliverables.Prepare agendas, presentations, and project documentation.Ensure Lean projects are executed with rigor, accuracy, and alignment to strategy.Collaboration & InfluenceActively participate in internal and external networks of ideas, teams,
