This role is responsible to ensure the daily operational demand in terms of quantitative analysis, reporting, and presentations elaboration to provide the Categories and management team with on-time essential information to make strategic decisions to achieve the growth objectives and generate new strategies to continue improving the presente performance in terms of sales, forecast accuracy, and profitability.

Responsibilities—what you'll do:

Quantitative Analysis / Forecast

n

GUT, Soft, Firm Commitments elaboration for product news planning

n

Categories monthly trend (Product news, promotions, and regular line for each category)

n

On demand analysis for categories, CMS, and other areas

n

Weekly sales trend update

n

Quarterly meeting data base

n





Quantitative Analysis / Historical Data

n

Limited Editions, New Launches and Promotions Attractiveness

n

Subcategories Attractiveness report

n

Categories Attractiveness Historical report

n

Support Forecast Supervisor with Post Launch reports when needed

n

Price and Margin report for product news

n

Promotional Tracking report for categories inquiry

n

Monthly Attractiveness report for product news

n

Special Attractiveness analysis (special requests for categories)

n

Order Now Historical report and analysis

n

Historical promotions tracking report

n

Postmortem Promotions analysis, report, and presentation for PM meeting including cannibalization analysis

n

Overstock tracking for monthly meeting with material team

n

Follow up Materials team action plan on overstock report

n

Promotional plan elaboration for overstock opportunities

n

POMs Pro SKU and quantities upload / update twice per month

n

POMs Pro monthly audit

n

POMs Pro alignment with SharePoint bimonthly files

n

Order Now, DEO and Biz Builders configuration in PIM

n

Requirements

n

Bachelor's degree in marketing / finance

n

Intermediate Analysis Experience

n

Mandatory Phyton and Tableau experience

n

Mandatory Proficient English
