We partner closely with our clients, acting as an extension of their team to drive sustainable revenue and long-term customer relationships.Insendra is seeking a copywriter to craft compelling email and SMS content across our client portfolio. This is a full-time role for a writer who understands eCommerce and is comfortable working directly inside Klaviyo, from writing to build and deployment.

CopywritingWrite campaign and flow copy for email and SMS across multiple eCommerce verticalsAdapt tone, voice, and messaging for each client's brand,



never using templatized messaging or boilerplate copySchedule campaigns according to client calendars and deployment timelinesQA all emails before deployment and approach work methodically, ensuring there are no mistakes in the final copy Manage copy and deliverables in Airtable and communicate progress through Slack and internal client meetingsStrong english copywriting skills with a portfolio that demonstrates eCommerce or DTC experienceFamiliarity with email and SMS marketing best practicesAbility to write in multiple brand voices and quickly understand the look/feel of clients across multiple verticalsComfortable working remotely in Airtable, Slack, and Google WorkspaceInsendra Copywriter Qualification Survey:
