We're looking for a Risk & Compliance Officer to support Information Security, Business Continuity, Quality, and Compliance activities across multiple accounts and regions in the Americas.

You'll partner with Service Delivery teams, Engagement Directors, and the regional Risk & Compliance Manager (based in Guatemala), ensuring security controls, incident handling, and compliance standards are consistently met.

What You'll Do

n

Support Information Security, compliance, and incident management activities.

n

Participate in technical analysis, including endpoint infections and risk isolation.

n

Conduct floor walks, compliance checks, and support awareness initiatives.

n

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to audit readiness.

n





Prepare reports, documentation, and follow-up actions across the site.

n

What We're Looking For

n

2–5 years in InfoSec, Compliance, IT Audit, or related roles.

n

Background in Information Security, Systems Engineering, or similar fields.

n

Strong technical understanding of networks & incident response.

n

Knowledge of ISO * (Lead Implementer is a plus).

n

English: Advanced (conversational).

n

SAP is a plus; Office proficiency is required.

n

Certifications like CISA are a strong advantage.
