TubeScience is a U.S.-based leader in data-driven video ads, partnering with top integral brands. We're hiring a highly skilled Digital Media Technician to join our remote post-production team. This is a contract role, open to candidates who want to grow their careers in a high-performance environment.

What You'll Do

n

Ingest, transcode, and organize high-volume video footage.

n

Manage servers and our Media Asset Management system (Iconik).

n

Package & archive Adobe Premiere Pro projects for finishing.

n

Troubleshoot technical issues (sync errors, codecs, corrupted files).

n

Support editors with prep work (color correction, selects, rough assemblies).

n

Contribute to workflow improvements for speed and efficiency.

n

Role Details

Remote

n

Schedule: 9 AM – 6 PM PST (align with U.S. team)

n

Technical audit required (including internet speed test)

n

Technical Setup (Required)

Licenses for Adobe CC, DaVinci Resolve Studio, LucidLink, and Iconik provided.

Ideal Profile

n

What We're Looking For

n

5+ years in post-production (Media Manager, DIT, Post-Tech, or Assistant Editor).

n

Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro & Media Encoder skills.

n

Proficiency with DaVinci Resolve (transcoding/color).

n

Strong knowledge of video codecs, formats, frame rates, delivery specs.

n

Excellent English communication (written & spoken).

n

Organized, detail-driven, proactive problem solver.

n

Bonus Points

n

Advanced color grading (DaVinci Resolve).

n

Digital advertising or performance marketing experience.

n

Workflow automation/scripting/AI media tools.

n

Content delivery experience for Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
