reports to the HRBP México.This position will be based in Querétaro.The main challenge for this position is to be the first point of contact to provide information and assistance to employees.Take appropriate steps to resolve, refer, or escalate issues in accordance with company policies and procedures__Job Responsibilities_- _Internal communication._- _Keep the different means of communication for employees updated this includes the creation and updating of WhatsApp groups._- _Screens and communication areas._- _Publication of HR information through the groups._- _Updating of HR information boards._- _Preparation of flyers for internal events._- _Preparation of satisfaction surveys._- _Purchasing requisitions._- _Manage supplier registration._- _Creation of requisitions for purchase orders and HR service orders._- _Receiving invoices, entering the system (SAP) and sending information so that suppliers can upload their invoices to the portal.

_- _Staff uniforms._- _Control and inventory management of uniforms for plant and office personnel._- _Bi-annual delivery of plant personnel and annual office personnel._- _Data update._- _Lunch Service_- _Administration of the dining room service._- _Administration of complaints and satisfaction surveys._- _Continuous improvement of the service_- _Cleaning and maintenance scheduling._- _Cleaning service administration._- _Control and inventory management of cleaning products._- _Creation of requisitions for supplies (paper, towel, soap, antibacterial gel, etc.)_- _Conducting quarterly evaluations._- _Receipt of complaints and suggestions for the service._- _Control of facilities maintenance _- _Employee Transportation_- _Verify weekly transportation schedule._- _Validation of the weekly billing of the service._- _Inform new staff of transportation schedules._- _Receipt of transport incidents._- _Request and payment of reimbursements to workers._- _Conducting quarterly evaluations._- _Notify staff of changes in schedules, routes, etc._- _Lockers_- _Assignment to new staff._- _Control and safekeeping of locker keys._- _Control and maintenance of lockers._- _Notify the staff about the fumigations to be carried out in the lockers._- _Vending Machines and Cafeteria_- _Receipt of complaints and suggestions for the service of the machines._- _Control and inventory management of supplies for the coffee machine._- _Control and compliance with equipment maintenance plans._- _Organization of staff events_- _Suppliers, logistics and coordination of sales of personnel and their families._- _12 annual events plus sports activities.__Education _- _Bachelor / Engineering_- _Intermediate English__Experience:_- _2 years managing Employee Services in a manufacturing site.__Required skills:_- _Good communication skills_- _Cooperation and teamwork_- _Influencer_- _Promoter_- _Data Analysis _- _Proactivity_- _Ease of relationship__Other Desirable Knowledge_- _SAP_- _Office is a must_
