n

Provide HR process guidance and support for the LATAM HR team.

n

Manage policies, procedures, severance processing, and HR policy interpretation.

n

Ensure HR practices comply with local labor regulations (including NOM-035 in Mexico).

n

Partner with the HR Business Partner, engagement, and employee experience initiatives.

n

Serve as a key contact for day-to-day HR inquiries and elevate employee relations matters when needed.

n

Maintain confidential digital employee records with accuracy and compliance.

n

Process payroll and benefits for countries such as Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina.

n

Support onboarding and offboarding activities.

n

Participate in assigned HR projects to enhance overall departmental efficiency.

Perfil buscado

n





Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

n

3+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment.

n

1-2+ years of payroll experience.

n

Strong organization, communication, customer focus, and problem-solving skills.

n

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

n

High attention to confidentiality and accuracy.

n

Intermediate MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.

n

English Advanced
