INVENTORY ANALYST

n

IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY

n

Analyze differences in inventory in any methodology, managing the resources at your disposal to ensure inventory effectiveness according to the Established KPIs.

n

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

n

Coordinate the cycle count program to ensure 100% compliance for all materials included in the defined scope area.

n

Analyze and correct variations in Cycle Counts.

n

Freeze the variations found in the cycle counts and notify the departments involved (Warehouse, Production, MRP, Materials,)

n

Adjust the system within 48 hours of approval.

n

Participate in the coordination of the Physical Inventories that are carried out in the plant.

n

Analyze the variations of the Physical Inventories, determine Root Cause, and develop an action plan.

n





Carry out and coordinate with the PDCA to assign the activities that will be correcting the problems of the variations in the Inventories.

n

Coordinate the activities to correct the negative inventories shown by the COGI.

n

To analyze the variations presented by the COGI.

n

Check the SCRAP adjustment process on a daily basis.

n

Maintain and publish monthly graphs of defined KPIs.

n

Make a slow-moving report.

n

Active participation in counts for physical inventories.

n

Comply with safety regulations in all areas.

n

Responsible for understanding and complying with the specific requirements set by customers with Zero Defects in view.

n

Process Approach: Manage a process approach to achieve objectives.

n

It involves understanding, defining, and managing processes with a focus on PDCA and Prevention.

n

Risk Planning and Analysis: Use risk-based thinking with your team and functions.

n

It involves the identification of risks, analysis of causes and consequences, assessment of the level of risk and treatment; documenting the above as evidence of its control.

n

(Applicable for IATF *****, ISO *****, ISO *****)

n

Life cycle perspective: Ensure the identification of the environmental aspect throughout its area, considering the inputs and outputs of the process.

n





Participate in and comply with the requirements of the IATF ***** quality management system and ISO *****/ISO ***** environmental management system corresponding to their position.

n

Prepare evidence of your compliance and support audits

n

Authority: Stop-cancel any process that does not comply with the requirements established by the organization and/or by the quality or environmental safety management systems already mentioned.

n

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

n

Minimum 2 years of experience in materials.

n

ERP management.

n

Inventory control

n

Handling of computational packages (XLS, Outlook, PPT.)

n

Cyclical counts.

n

Material Sorting

n

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

n

SAP Management Inventory Module

n

IATF *****, ISO ***** and ISO ***** standards.

n
