The HR Manager will be responsible for all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, salary reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development.General Responsibilities- Provide management and coaching to team- Supports employees on issues, including but not limited to; benefits, payroll, and general policy and procedures- Develops department goals, objectives and systems- Knowledgeable in employment, state, federal and local regulations.Experience / Qualifications- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
