Balance user-centered design principles with business objectives while producing designs that are functional, intuitive, and scalable across web and mobile platforms.What You'll DoConduct user research including interviews, usability studies, and data analysis to identify needs and pain pointsCreate personas, user journey maps, and user flows to guide design decisions and product strategyDesign wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or SketchDevelop and maintain scalable design systems including typography, color palettes, icons, and reusable componentsEnsure accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) are incorporated into all designs across devices and platformsCollaborate with product managers and engineers to define scope, priorities, and accurate implementationRun A/B tests on UI variations and gather user feedback to validate design improvementsDeliver pixel-perfect designs for web and mobile interfaces with detailed interaction specificationsPartner with development teams using handoff tools like Zeplin, Figma Dev Mode, or InVision InspectContinuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and product performance dataWhat You Bring2+ years professional product design experience with strong UX/UI portfolio showcasing problem-solving and craftsmanshipAdvanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for designing and prototypingExperience creating user flows,
