About the Role

n

We're looking for a Project Owner to build and run a portfolio of 10 short-form video accounts featuring in-house influencers who will bring Plata's vision to life in the personal finance space.

n

Your mission is to turn Plata's vision into an always-on content machine that produces educational, funny, and viral personal finance content in Spanish across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and any other relevant platforms.

n

You will own the end-to-end production process and coordinate a network of on-camera hosts, scriptwriters, and video editors to consistently deliver high-quality content at scale, while being supported by the team that previously won the TikTok Best Brand Award.

Key Tasks

n

Own the strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of ~10 short-form video accounts about personal finance

n

Build, manage, and coach a distributed outsource team: 3 on-camera hosts, 2 script editors, 2 video editors

n





Set up and optimize production workflows to reach ~270 unique videos per month once formats are validated

n

Work with script editors to define and refine content formats: explainers, skits, UGC-style, and experimental hooks

n

Track and report on performance metrics (views, watch time, retention, followers, virality, and basic business outcomes)

n

Run a continuous test-and-learn process: identify what works, scale winning formats, kill underperforming ones quickly

n

Ensure all content is financially accurate, compliant with brand guidelines, and genuinely useful for the audience

n

Fluent Spanish speaker with English C1 or higher

n

Strong experience managing short-form video production (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) at scale, ideally in D2C or media brands

n

Proven track record of owning content output and KPIs, not just participating in production

n

Excellent understanding of personal finance concepts and products

n

Solid project management skills: you know how to build workflows, set deadlines, and keep multiple creators on track

n

Data-driven mindset: you look at analytics obsessively and adjust strategy accordingly
