We're looking for a

Secure AI Consultant with deep expertise in the

n

Microsoft ecosystem to advise enterprise customers and lead strategic AI security initiatives.

n

Note: This position requires fluency in both English and Portuguese.

n

What You'll Do

n

Lead customer workshops to assess AI readiness, focusing on identity, data, and compliance.

n

Define and implement AI governance frameworks addressing policy, access control, data protection, and risk management.

n

Translate Microsoft security and compliance capabilities

n

(Entra ID, Purview, Defender, M365, Azure AI)

n

into actionable recommendations.

n

Advise on secure adoption of generative

n

AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.

n

Design approaches for data boundary enforcement, labeling, DLP, and prompt-safety controls.

n

Review identity and access management for AI workloads, including MFA, Conditional Access, and privileged identity controls.

n

Recommend monitoring, auditing, and incident-response strategies for AI misuse or data leakage.

n

Present findings and next steps to IT management stakeholders with clear business and compliance implications.

Required Qualifications

n

5+ years in cloud security, compliance, or architecture, ideally in enterprise Microsoft environments

n

Experience advising enterprise customers on secure adoption of M365 & AI workloads (Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Foundry)

n

Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Defender for Cloud Apps, Azure Policy, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Fabric, and M365 Administration

n

Strong understanding of responsible AI, privacy by design, and regulatory compliance

n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level engagement.

n

Hight Portuguese level

n

Preferred Experience

n

Consulting or customer-facing experience at a major Microsoft partner

n

Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, model risk management, and data-driven decisioning

n

Experience with RACI models, acceptable-use policies, or risk registers

n

Exposure to FinOps or cost optimization in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

n

Required Certifications (Nice to Have):

n

Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100)

n

Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator (SC-401)

n

Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)

n

Bonus: Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) or equivalent.
