About the Company A multinational manufacturing company is seeking a Sr.

HR Generalist to act as a strategic HR partner within one of its key production sites.

n

This position will lead initiatives in employee relations, talent management, compliance, and organizational development, ensuring alignment with business goals and global HR standards.

n

About the Role This key role involves being the primary HR partner for employees and leadership, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor law and international standards.

n

Responsibilities Serve as the main HR partner for employees and leadership, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor law and international standards (IATF *****, ISO ****).

n

Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning for technical and administrative roles.

n

Drive training programs in leadership, technical skills, safety, and regulatory compliance (including NOM-035).

n

Manage HR operations, personnel files, payroll support, and benefits administration.

n

Oversee performance management, career development,



and continuous improvement in HR processes.

n

Support both unionized and non-unionized environments, including negotiations and contract administration.

n

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

n

Minimum 8 years of HR experience in manufacturing (automotive preferred).

n

Proven experience in labor law (LFT, STPS), NOM-035, ISO/IATF standards.

n

Strong interpersonal skills to work with teams and leadership.

n

Knowledge of HRIS (SuccessFactors, SAP HR, or similar).

n

Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English).

n

Adecuado Candidate Profile Experienced HR professional with solid expertise in labor compliance.

n

Hands-on leader able to balance operational HR with strategic initiatives.

n

Skilled in employee engagement, union relations, and workforce development.

n

Comfortable in highly regulated, fast-paced manufacturing environments.
