About The Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-driven Video Editor who’s passionate about storytelling and digital content. In this role, you’ll transform raw footage into engaging, high-performing videos that capture attention and drive results across multiple platforms.

If you’re someone who understands pacing, trends, and what makes people stop scrolling—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

- Turn raw footage into compelling, high-quality video content
- Edit videos for social media, ads, and digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Add music, sound effects, motion graphics, and transitions to elevate content
- Collaborate with the creative/marketing team to bring ideas to life




- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone
- Optimize videos for performance and platform-specific formats
- Stay up-to-date with trends, editing styles, and new tools

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role
- Strong skills in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Experience with After Effects or motion graphics is a big plus
- Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual aesthetics
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Detail-oriented with a strong creative eye
- Good English communication skills

Nice to Have

- Experience editing short-form, high-converting content (UGC, ads, reels, TikToks)
- Understanding of content performance and engagement metrics
- Basic color grading and audio editing skills

Working Conditions

- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary range: USD $1,500 – $2,000 per month
- 10 days of paid time off (PTO) per year
- US holidays observed
