Bilingual Call Center Agent Location: On-site Position Overview We are looking for a 100% bilingual Call Center Agent to join our team.This role requires constant interaction with customers located in the United States , providing high-quality customer service and sales support over the phone.The ideal candidate must feel confident communicating in English on a daily basis , as all customer interactions will be conducted in English.This position is adecuado for professionals with a strong customer service mindset, sales orientation, and the ability to manage multiple requests while delivering an excellent customer experience.Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with U.S.-based customers in English .

Provide support regarding claims, orders, and customer complaints .

Perform telephone sales and follow up on assigned customer portfolios.Ensure achievement of sales and service objectives .

Track and follow up on customer requests until resolution.Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, logistics,



and technical service .

Maintain accurate records in digital platforms and systems.Requirements Education: Bachelor s Degree (required).

Language Skills: Advanced English level (B2–C1) – Mandatory .

This is a 100% bilingual position ; continuous communication with U.S. customers is required.Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales processes.Experience using digital platforms for buying and selling is a plus.Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office or delivery/sales platforms .
