We are building a financial intelligence app with a massive goal: scaling to 10,000+ paid subscribers.We are looking for a talented developer from "home" to join our team, maintain the code, and grow with us.

- *The Pay Plan (Salary + Commission)**:We do not want a typical employee; we want a partner.We offer a guaranteed salary growth structure PLUS performance commissions:- **Month 1 (Probation): MX$6,500 / month.
- *(Testing phase).
- **Month 2 (First Raise): ~MX$8,100 / month ($450 USD).
- *(Performance bonus).
- **Month 3 (Full Team Member): ~MX$11,000 / month ($600 USD).
- *(Locked in base).
- **SUBSCRIBER COMMISSION**:This is the most important part.On top of your base salary, you will earn **commissions based on the number of active subscribers.
- *As we scale the user base, your monthly income scales with it.There is no cap on how much you can earn.




- *Responsibilities**:- **Scale the App**:Ensure the code is stable and fast as we add hundreds of new users.
- **Build Features**:Create the tools that keep subscribers happy and paying.
- **Maintain Quality**:Fix bugs immediately so we never lose a customer.
- Communicate daily with the US team in English.
- *Requirements**:- **MUST speak and read English.
- *(All code and meetings are in English).
- Knowledge of **React Native**(Javascript/TypeScript).
- Current student (UACH/Tec de Monterrey) or recent graduate preferred.
- Must be located in **Chihuahua**.
