and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to aircraft operators and other stakeholders.Collaborate with aircraft operators to understand their data needs and provide tailored business intelligence solutions that support their daily operations.Conduct data analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement within aviation operations.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for reporting and analysis.Support the design and implementation of data models and data architecture to streamline data flow and enhance reporting capabilities.Monitor and manage data quality, performing regular audits to ensure the reliability of business intelligence outputs.Provide training and support to users on Power BI and other data tools to promote self-service analytics and data-driven decision-making.Stay updated with the latest advancements in data analytics and Power BI to continuously improve our reporting and analytical capabilities.QualificationsProven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the aviation industry.Expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including report and dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.Proficiency in SQL and other data query languages.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.What We OfferCompetitive base salaryFully remote workGenerous time off policyOpportunities for professional development and career advancement.Dynamic, collaborative, and fast-growing work environment.Portside is an equal-opportunity employer.We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
